Alexander Laukenmann, our new MD
He's been living in Hamburg for just six months now, and the city has already won him over: Alexander Laukenmann became Managing Director of Hamburg Airport in May, joining Michael Eggenschwiler, CEO, at the helm. The 42-year-old spent the previous 15 years in various leadership roles at Fraport AG, finishing his time there as Head of Corporate Development. His primary areas of responsibility at Hamburg Airport are Real Estate Management and Center Management. In June, the business administration graduate's family joined him in Hamburg, so that they have now been able to explore the city between the Alster and the Elbe together.
